The naming of these clusters not only expands their scale, but also increases the level of products and expands the influence of regional products. At the same time, these gathering places are also moving to a higher level. The advantages of this agglomeration effect are becoming more and more obvious, and the role played by the textile and garment industry in Liaoning Province is becoming more and more prominent.

Yang Jinchun, full-time vice president of China Garment Association, introduced such a set of data: By the end of July this year, the national textile and garment industry had completed production of 17.3 billion pieces, and the production capacity increased by 1.5%, of which domestic sales were 823.7 billion yuan, and online sales accounted for 21.9%. $87 billion. He said that after years of transformation and upgrading, the overall quality efficiency of China's garment industry has been comprehensively improved. The textile and garment industry should boost confidence and make full use of relevant national policies.
